The night

When the sun goes down.

Lights strung over the sandy street, salsa on Thursdays, a DJ on Saturdays, jam sessions, games and XXL cocktails. This is the week the hostel itself publishes: come ready to join in — and with earplugs if you plan an early night.

Panorama of a busy night: people on crate stools, the wall of signs and the bar lit up.
The bar at night: a DJ under the thatched balcony, crate stools and signs like “Budda Bowl” and “Electronic Music”.

The typical week.

Recurring events published by the hostel on Hostelworld (checked 29 Oct 2026). Only the Saturday DJ and Sunday games night are announced as “every week”. Times are the published slots; confirm on Instagram or at the bar.

The bar.

An XXL cocktail with mint and lime in a huge glass, wearing María Mulata’s yellow coaster.

XXL cocktails.

The house coaster says it plainly. A huge glass, mint, lime, bamboo straws and a toast you can see from the street.

Honest notice

This is a hostel with a bar, not a silent retreat. There’s music and events most nights, and some guests mention music until 2 or 3 am. No quiet hours are published.

Light sleeper? Earplugs, an eye mask, and maybe ask about the double room. Here for the party? You’re in the right place.
